ABOUT ME

As a person seeking therapy, you deserve to know more about me.

As a therapist, I understand there is more to a person than simple terms. The human experience is nuanced. At apricity, the aim is to understand the different aspects of the familial, social, economic, political and biological systems that make a person and to delve into them to help you achieve your goals and help you heal.

Full transparency: Things will get uncomfortable before they get better. Unfortunately, the discomfort is important to explore to progress.

On a lighter and ethically personal note, I like dancing, writing, reading mythology, philosophy and linguistic as well as random facts and have a slightly concerning love for cats (I still do love dogs dearly).

I like reading and watching rom-coms, feel-good stuff, murder mysteries and thrillers. I used to love Marvel, but I fell off after Hawkeye, we all know why. DC? Never tried, but now I'm over sci-fi to try it out. That's all you get to know about me, unfortunately, maybe there will be a bit more self-disclosure in our sessions, we shall see. See what I did there? Create mystery (maybe).
